Kujifi's Pineapple was established in 1998 by Kairaba Kujifi.
PINEAPPLE
Initiated through a mere thought, a patented design was created, where a fresh pineapple in the skin was cleaned to perfection using different designs all made up by Kairaba, it was then packaged in clear plastic wrap and a label attatched. The final product was sold in nearby shops and fruit stalls.
SUGAR CANE
Kairaba knew that sugar cane was very nutritious so he pondered until he came up with a way to make it convenient for customers nationwide. He peeled the sugar cane washed and cut it into stalks, which he then packaged into small (4x7) clear plastic bags, again a label was attatched and the product was sold to nearby shops and fruit stalls.
This small family business comprises Kairaba Kujifi, his wife Monica Kujifi and his 5 children, 4 daughters - Eshe, Aisha, Handricka, Marva and 1 brother -Negus.
